Is PoreScrub safe?
Yes, our team tests all the units and PoreScrub is completely safe to use under proper use (listed below):
-Keep PoreScrub™ head in contact with your skin at about a 45° angle to ensure the modes to work properly;
-Do not keep PoreScrub™ head steady in the same point for a long period of time. Move it slowly along your skin;
-2-3 times a week use without multiple daily uses;
-Make sure your PoreScrub™ head is clean when using.
Is PoreScrub™ available in different colors?
PoreScrub™ is available in 3 different colors: White, Pink, and Black. Choose your favorite one! They are all offered at the same price!
How often should I use PoreScrub™?
Once a week, if your skin doesn't present major impurities and is already in good shape.
2-3 times a week, if your skin present blackhead/impurities you desire to get rid of quicky.
For both cases, the key for a soft, smooth, and young skin is using PoreScrub™ constantly, on a regular basis. Each mode should be used for around 3 minutes.
My PoreScrub™ does not turn on or charge. What do I do?
Please charge the product for 8 hours, then press and hold for 8 seconds the power button for a hard reset. It should work normally after that. If you are still having issues simply send us an email at help@porescrub.co and we will be really happy to assist you.
Does PoreScrub™ shape to my face?
Thanks to our curved head technology, PoreScrub™ can better match the contours of your skin leaving you a gentle and satisfying touch.
What's in the box?
The box contains a PoreScrub™, a USB-C charging cable, a manual, and a secret discount code for your future orders!

How can I change or cancel my order?
Send an email as soon as possible to help@porescrub.co. State your Order Number in the object of the email so that we can be of service immediately.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have already been shipped.
I have not received a confirmation email. What now?
First you should check your scam/junk email. If you happen to not find it, you can always contact us so that we can send it to you!
Do I have any warranty on my PoreScrub™?
Our team always thinks of you first, that's why we offer 1 year warranty on our PoreScrub™.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Nope! We pay for the shipping costs :)
How long until I get my PoreScrub™?

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Simply enter your tracking code on the tracking page on our website. If you cannot find your tracking number, you can always contact us at help@porescrub.co.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return the PoreScrub™ if I am not satisfied?
Absolutely! Ordering from PoreScrub™ is 100% risk-free. You can therefore order the PoreScrub™, try them out and return it free of charge within 14 days if you are not satisfied. Once we have received your return shipment, you will receive a full refund.
